The position reports directly to the General Manager and is mainly focused on assisting with various event day duties to help facilitate smooth operations. The role involves direct interaction with employees, temporary workers, and nonprofit organizations working alongside the company during events. Primary responsibilities include clocking and directing employees to their designated areas, managing uniform distribution and collection, setting up and breaking down event zones such as check-in and employee meal areas, and monitoring adherence to established safety protocols. An integral part of this job is the ability to efficiently multitask and provide support wherever needed throughout an event's duration. This role suits individuals who are adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced event environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to remain calm under pressure and work extended hours during mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules. Job Duties
- assist employees in clocking and clocking out
- help direct employees, temporary workers, and NPOs to assigned locations
- launder, organize and distribute uniforms
- collect uniforms at the end of the event
- set up and break down check in areas, employee meals, and other areas as needed
- ensure all associates are following safety protocols
- support any other tasks as assigned
