Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience or equivalent combination of experience and training
  • Ability to operate general office equipment such as desktop, laptop, printer, copier, phone
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic graphics
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with external and internal customers in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Detail orientation sufficient to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and tasks
  • Ability to take direction and work independently with high personal responsibility
  • Teamwork skills and openness to feedback
  • Must pass pre-employment substance abuse test and criminal background check

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic graphics
  • Ability to effectively interact and communicate with customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in event planning or traffic control is a plus

Job Duties

  • Communicate with customers and municipal partners including possible attendance at meetings
  • Develop plans and layouts to ensure safe, efficient, and successful events
  • Formulate quotes for team review
  • Handle overflow work requests and special projects assigned by the Division Manager
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate event logistics
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation for each event
  • Provide timely updates and support to clients throughout the event planning process
