Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience or equivalent combination of experience and training
- Ability to operate general office equipment such as desktop, laptop, printer, copier, phone
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic graphics
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with external and internal customers in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Detail orientation sufficient to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and tasks
- Ability to take direction and work independently with high personal responsibility
- Teamwork skills and openness to feedback
- Must pass pre-employment substance abuse test and criminal background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic graphics
- Ability to effectively interact and communicate with customers in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience in event planning or traffic control is a plus
Job Duties
- Communicate with customers and municipal partners including possible attendance at meetings
- Develop plans and layouts to ensure safe, efficient, and successful events
- Formulate quotes for team review
- Handle overflow work requests and special projects assigned by the Division Manager
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate event logistics
- Maintain detailed records and documentation for each event
- Provide timely updates and support to clients throughout the event planning process
