The Event Curator at Spice plays a pivotal role in designing and executing exceptional dining experiences for a variety of occasions such as weddings, anniversaries, corporate gatherings, and private celebrations. This role demands a natural communicator who excels in building strong relationships with clients and partners. They take pride in overseeing the entire planning process—from initial consultations and vendor coordination to on-site event execution and post-event follow-up.

Working as an Event Curator requires a passion for thoughtful hospitality, as well as expert ability managing multiple priorities with a focus on detail and guest satisfaction. This individual guides clients through tailored event design aligned with their vision and budget while recommending menus and service styles that best support their goals. The position involves extensive collaboration with venues, culinary teams, vendors, and staff to ensure seamless event flow and uncompromising quality.

This full-time position presents an exciting opportunity for a seasoned event professional with over five years of experience in on-site and off-site event planning and execution. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, an outgoing personality, and enjoys problem-solving while adapting quickly to changing circumstances. To succeed in this role, one must be comfortable making independent decisions, managing staffing via platforms like Nowsta, and using detailed timelines and service plans.
