Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or customer service
- Experience working with children and organizing children's events
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and early mornings

- Good communication skills including written, verbal, nonverbal communication and listening
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and creative problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children's birthday parties and other craft classes or events
- Engage with clients of all ages by creating an environment of fun and creativity
- Demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects and perform activities like face painting
- Facilitate and implement party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons according to company standards
- Communicate events with clients and store team members and complete administrative tasks
- Adjust event plans based on client feedback and create backup or emergency plans as needed
- Ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events and uphold the company's cleanliness and safety standards
- Help customers shop and locate products and provide creative solutions
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- Engage customers on benefits of rewards programs and complete enrollments
- Assist with omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
- Participate in truck unload, stocking, planogram processes, and merchandise recovery
- Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Maintain daily store cleanliness activities and cross-train in custom framing selling and production
