Job Duties
- upholding cleanliness and safety standards
- welcoming and engaging with guests as an ambassador of fun
- understanding all aspects of event packages and add-ons
- selling, scheduling and coordinating corporate, group, and birthday events
- inputting sales revenue and guest information into systems
- partnering with Sales Manager to exceed sales targets
- prospecting and cold calling for new and repeat business
- supporting local marketing initiatives
- attending sales meetings and sharing strategic ideas
- performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties
