We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic Event Coordinator to join our team as an Experience Manager. This part-time hybrid role offers a mix of remote planning and in-studio responsibilities, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic and people-focused environment. With weekly hours structured around strategic planning, weekend studio operations, and occasional weekday private events, this position promises exciting variety and growth potential.

As our Experience Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of all studio operations and events. Your responsibilities will include overseeing client experiences during classes, managing staff schedules, and maintaining inventory and studio aesthetics. Your leadership will extend to hiring, training, and motivating studio assistants and part-time staff, helping to create a positive and engaging team culture. By collaborating closely with the founders, you will also contribute to strategic discussions and initiatives aimed at expanding and improving the studio's offerings.

This role requires a customer-focused individual who is approachable and confident in client-facing situations. Attention to detail in maintaining the clean, inviting atmosphere of the studio is essential, along with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and solve problems proactively. Availability on weekends and some weekdays is necessary to meet the demands of our class and event schedule.

Our compensation is competitive and flexible, with potential monthly earnings ranging from $2,300 to $2,900 based on availability and performance.
