In addition to servicing events, the Event Sales Coordinator reviews contracts, facilitates ongoing communication with hotel staff before, during, and after events, and supports hosting site inspections and event meetings. This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Communication skills and computer proficiency are essential to coordinate various aspects of event planning and execution. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- preferably a four year hospitality degree or equivalent experience
- preferably 18 months hotel experience
- strong communication skills
- proficiency in computer applications
- ability to work in a fast paced environment
