Job Description

Sky View Observatory, a stunning attraction located on the 73rd floor of the Columbia Center in Seattle, designed and operated by Legends in partnership with ASM Global, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the city and surroundings. Hosting daily public visits and a variety of private and public events.

Job Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • some college preferred, especially in Business Administration, Marketing, or Event Management
  • Experience: 1-3 years in administrative support, sales, event coordination, or marketing
  • hospitality, tourism, or attractions industry experience is a bonus
  • familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Tripleseat) desirable
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, exceptional organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent customer service, problem-solving abilities
  • Other Requirements: Ability to lift and transport items (10-30 pounds), occasionally up to 50 pounds
  • willingness to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
