As an Event & Lead Generation Coordinator, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of event planning from logistics coordination with vendors and venues to ensuring a smooth booth setup and teardown at each event. Beyond logistics, this role is a central contributor to our sales efforts; you will be responsible for meeting or exceeding lead generation targets by actively engaging with attendees, running pre-event outreach campaigns, and capturing high-quality leads using advanced CRM tools. Travel is a significant aspect, requiring approximately 50% of your time on the road to maintain our presence across various strategic locations.

Your analytical insights will be equally important post-event, where you will conduct debriefs to evaluate the return on investment based on lead quality and cost-efficiency. Timely and accurate data management ensures that all leads are effectively transitioned to the sales team within 48 hours, maximizing conversion potential. This role requires an individual with excellent interpersonal skills, technical proficiency, and the physical stamina to manage demanding event environments.
