Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent required
  • college students encouraged to apply

  • energetic, friendly, and engaging personality
  • strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure

  • basic understanding of event setup and coordination including tables, chairs, decorations, activity areas
  • comfortable with walking, standing, and moving around for extended periods during events
  • familiarity with checklists, scheduling apps, or digital organization tools a plus
  • available weekends mostly Saturdays and occasional Sundays for scheduled events
  • reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
  • ability to work with teams of Party Hosts, Floaters, and Kitchen staff effectively
  • positive attitude and willingness to create a fun and memorable experience for guests
