Job Description

Our company is a dynamic and customer-focused entertainment venue specializing in hosting memorable birthday parties and group events, primarily on weekends. We cater to families, children, and groups looking to celebrate special occasions in a fun and organized environment. With an emphasis on excellent guest experiences and smooth event operation, our establishment has become a favorite destination for community celebrations and social gatherings. We take pride in creating an atmosphere that is welcoming, safe, and enjoyable for all attendees.

The role of the Events Coordinator is a vital part of our weekend operations, responsible for ensuring every party runs seamlessly from start to finish. We are looking for a highly organized and dependable individual who thrives on planning and executing well-structured events. As an Events Coordinator, you will work closely with party hosts, kitchen staff, and other team members to coordinate event timing, prepare party rooms, and manage the event flow to keep everything on schedule.

This position offers a base pay of $15 per hour plus gratuity, making it ideal for college students, hospitality enthusiasts, or anyone passionate about event planning and guest service. The work environment is fast-paced and requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a friendly, professional demeanor. You will be the face of the party, representing our venue with energy and engagement.

Your responsibilities will include welcoming party hosts, confirming details of each event, ensuring that rooms are set up and reset efficiently, and routinely checking in with guests to guarantee a positive experience. You will also manage the coordination between the kitchen team and operational staff to ensure food, cake, and activities are delivered on time. This role demands multitasking and the ability to stay calm under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail.

The position operates mainly on weekends, particularly Saturdays, with occasional Sundays, so reliability and punctuality are essential requirements. This role is an excellent fit for those studying hospitality, business, education, or event planning, as well as mature individuals who enjoy organizing events and thrive in guest-facing roles. Our ideal candidate values organization, teamwork, and is eager to contribute to creating unforgettable celebrations for our guests.

Joining our team means becoming part of a fun, energetic workplace where your efforts directly impact customer satisfaction and the success of our events. If you enjoy working with people, have a knack for detail-oriented coordination, and are looking for a weekend role that is both rewarding and engaging, this Events Coordinator position is a wonderful opportunity to develop your skills and gain valuable experience in the hospitality and event management industry.
