Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Ability to work part-time hours between 5 to 25 hours per week
- Availability during critical lunch hours Monday to Friday
- Friendly and high-energy with excellent interpersonal skills
- Resourceful with problem-solving capabilities
- Comfortable using technology including POS systems
Job Qualifications
- Hospitality or events background preferred
- Prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable using technology in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Self-starter with organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, type-A personality a plus
- Familiarity with local Nashville area and transportation using own car
Job Duties
- Support Fooda events in setting up, tearing down, and cleaning equipment and site areas
- Problem-solve issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, and incorrect email communication
- Troubleshoot technical problems with point-of-sale systems, onsite technology, and TV menu boards
- Conduct onsite Fooda promotions and provide mobile app coaching
- Provide real-time onsite customer service to promptly resolve issues
- Facilitate audits of restaurant event set-up to ensure consistency and quality
- Escalate issues to Operations Manager when needed
