Job Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Ability to work part-time hours between 5 to 25 hours per week
  • Availability during critical lunch hours Monday to Friday
  • Friendly and high-energy with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful with problem-solving capabilities
  • Comfortable using technology including POS systems

Job Qualifications

  • Hospitality or events background preferred
  • Prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred
  • Comfortable using technology in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-starter with organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, type-A personality a plus
  • Familiarity with local Nashville area and transportation using own car

Job Duties

  • Support Fooda events in setting up, tearing down, and cleaning equipment and site areas
  • Problem-solve issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, and incorrect email communication
  • Troubleshoot technical problems with point-of-sale systems, onsite technology, and TV menu boards
  • Conduct onsite Fooda promotions and provide mobile app coaching
  • Provide real-time onsite customer service to promptly resolve issues
  • Facilitate audits of restaurant event set-up to ensure consistency and quality
  • Escalate issues to Operations Manager when needed
