The Part-Time Event Coordinator plays a crucial role in the planning and execution of various events and initiatives. Working closely with the Event Manager, the coordinator ensures seamless operations pre, during, and post-event. The role involves creative input, including the development of unique event concepts and managing vendor relations such as transportation, décor, and catering. The coordinator is expected to collaborate internally with different teams to meet deadlines and deliver a high-quality experience for attendees. Additionally, the position includes responsibility for administering event-related communications, materials, and follow-ups, ensuring professional and top-notch customer service at all times. This role also requires some administrative support to the Event Director and assistance in coordinating consultant and trade show events. The position demands excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving and event management.
