Job Requirements
- authorized to work in the United States
- availability for critical hours Monday through Friday 6:00pm - 9:30pm and Saturday 9:30am - 1:30pm
- ability to work 15 to 25 hours per week
- own reliable transportation
- prior catering or serving experience preferred
- live within 15 miles of zip code 90806
- willingness to drive to multiple sites daily
Job Qualifications

- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask and problem-solve quickly
- technology savvy
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work independently
- organized and detail oriented
- valid driver's license with ability to drive to multiple sites
- knowledge of the local Los Angeles area preferred
Job Duties
- support Fooda events by setting up, tearing down, and cleaning equipment and site areas
- problem-solve issues like incorrect orders, late deliveries, or late restaurant arrivals
- provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve problems promptly
- facilitate audits of restaurant event setups to ensure consistency and quality
- escalate issues to Operations Manager as needed
- gain competency with Fooda's technology and standard operations
- maintain high quality customer experience at all times
