Job Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
  • Ability to work flexible hours primarily between 8 am and 4 pm
  • Availability for part-time work ranging from 5 to 25 hours per week
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle fast-paced environments
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in hospitality or food service preferred

  • Hospitality or events experience
  • Prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to use technology effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with local area

Job Duties

  • Support Fooda events including onsite set-up, tear down, clean equipment and site areas, problem-solve, and ensure high quality set-up and customer experience
  • Serve as back-up cashier at Fooda Cafés for team members with time off
  • Deliver equipment and food to Fooda sites as driver
  • Gain competency with Fooda’s technology and standard operations procedures
  • Problem-solve for issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, late restaurant arrivals, or email communication errors
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with point-of-sale system, onsite technology, and TV menu boards
  • Conduct onsite Fooda promotions and mobile app coaching
  • Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly
  • Facilitate audits of restaurant event set-up to ensure consistency and high quality
  • Escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary
