Job Requirements

Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
Ability to work flexible hours primarily between 8 am and 4 pm
Availability for part-time work ranging from 5 to 25 hours per week
Strong communication skills
Ability to handle fast-paced environments
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in hospitality or food service preferred

Job Qualifications

Hospitality or events experience
Prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred
Strong customer service skills
Ability to use technology effectively
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
Self-starter with ability to work independently
Familiarity with local area

Job Duties

Support Fooda events including onsite set-up, tear down, clean equipment and site areas, problem-solve, and ensure high quality set-up and customer experience
Serve as back-up cashier at Fooda Cafés for team members with time off
Deliver equipment and food to Fooda sites as driver
Gain competency with Fooda’s technology and standard operations procedures
Problem-solve for issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, late restaurant arrivals, or email communication errors
Troubleshoot technical issues with point-of-sale system, onsite technology, and TV menu boards
Conduct onsite Fooda promotions and mobile app coaching
Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly
Facilitate audits of restaurant event set-up to ensure consistency and high quality
Escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary
