- experience working with children and children's events
- retail or customer service experience

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children's birthday parties and other craft classes or events
- engage with clients of all ages by creating an environment of fun and creativity
- demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects and perform face painting and other activities
- facilitate and implement party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons to company standards
- communicate events with clients and store team members
- complete administrative tasks including answering emails, making phone calls, and paperwork
- adjust plans based on client feedback and needs
- create backup or emergency plans
- ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events
- uphold company cleanliness and safety standards and clean before and after each event
- help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
- provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- engage customers on rewards program and credit card enrollments
- educate customers on Voice of Customer surveys
- assist with omni-channel processes like Buy Online Pickup In Store and Ship From Store
- participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
- complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
- perform Store in Stock Optimization and AD set duties
- support shrink and safety programs
- adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
- interact respectfully and positively with others
- cross train in custom framing selling and production
- participate in daily store cleanliness activities including sweeping, vacuuming, dusting and restroom maintenance
- perform other duties as assigned
