Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Availability to work part-time between 5 - 10 hours per week
- Flexible schedule primarily Monday through Thursday between 8 am and 4 pm
- Ability to lift and move event equipment
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, events, or food service
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient with technology and quick to learn new systems
- Problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
- Organized and detail oriented
- Knowledge of local Denver area and efficient transportation
- Prior catering or serving experience preferred
Job Duties
- Support Fooda events by setting up onsite locations including equipment and site areas
- Tear down and clean event spaces after service
- Serve as back-up cashier at Fooda Cafés during team member absences
- Ensure restaurants gain timely access to buildings and event sites
- Gain competency with Fooda's technology and standard operating procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to incorrect orders, late deliveries, and restaurant arrivals
- Address technical problems with POS systems and onsite technology
- Conduct onsite Fooda promotions and coach mobile app usage
- Provide real-time customer service to promptly resolve consumer issues
- Facilitate audits of restaurant event set-up to ensure consistency and high quality
- Escalate operational issues to the Operations Manager when necessary
