Job Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Availability to work part-time between 5 - 10 hours per week
  • Flexible schedule primarily Monday through Thursday between 8 am and 4 pm
  • Ability to lift and move event equipment
  • Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, events, or food service
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient with technology and quick to learn new systems
  • Problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Knowledge of local Denver area and efficient transportation
  • Prior catering or serving experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Support Fooda events by setting up onsite locations including equipment and site areas
  • Tear down and clean event spaces after service
  • Serve as back-up cashier at Fooda Cafés during team member absences
  • Ensure restaurants gain timely access to buildings and event sites
  • Gain competency with Fooda's technology and standard operating procedures
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to incorrect orders, late deliveries, and restaurant arrivals
  • Address technical problems with POS systems and onsite technology
  • Conduct onsite Fooda promotions and coach mobile app usage
  • Provide real-time customer service to promptly resolve consumer issues
  • Facilitate audits of restaurant event set-up to ensure consistency and high quality
  • Escalate operational issues to the Operations Manager when necessary
