Job Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States full-time
  • Prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred
  • Availability to work primarily during lunch hours Monday through Thursday
  • Reliable transportation and knowledge of local area
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Experience in hospitality, events, or food service
  • Strong technology proficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Previous experience with customer service and problem-solving
  • Knowledge of local Austin area beneficial

Job Duties

  • Support Fooda events in various capacities including onsite setup and teardown
  • Clean equipment and site areas
  • Problem-solve issues such as incorrect orders, late deliveries, and incorrect communication
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with point-of-sale systems, onsite technology, and TV menu boards
  • Conduct onsite Fooda promotions and mobile app coaching
  • Provide real-time onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly
  • Facilitate audits of restaurant event setup for consistency and quality
  • Escalate issues to Operations Manager as needed
  • Work critical hours over lunch Monday - Thursday with possible extended hours
