Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in event coordination or customer service
- ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
- ability to remain standing for long periods
- physical ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and move throughout the store
- must be able to lift heavy boxes and use ladders safely
- availability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- ability to communicate effectively
- compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements for employment
- willingness to perform various operational duties as assigned

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children's birthday parties and craft classes
- engage with clients of all ages by creating a fun and creative environment
- demonstrate and instruct craft projects including face painting
- facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons
- communicate event details with clients and store team members
- complete administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- adjust event plans based on client feedback
- create and implement backup or emergency plans
- ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events
- uphold cleanliness and safety standards by setting up and cleaning before and after events
- assist customers in shopping and locating products
- provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
- educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
- assist with omni-channel services including BOPIS and SFS
- participate in truck unloading, stocking, planogram compliance, and merchandise recovery
- support shrink and safety programs
- adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
- interact positively and respectfully with customers and team members
- cross-train in custom framing selling and production
- maintain daily store cleanliness
