Job Requirements

  • extremely organized and punctual

  • experience and aptitude operating MS Office Suite, Airtable, Asana, Coupa, Egencia

Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate production logistics pre, during, and post-event
  • assist in setting, communicating, and maintaining timelines, scope of work deliverables, and priorities of event production needs for the internal team as well as vendors
  • support Vice President of Live Media and Partnership Integration Manager to ensure exemplary design, delivery and execution of partner activations at live events
  • support Guest Experience team with assets and information necessary to ensure a seamless integration of event attendees
  • coordinate load-in/load-out schedules with vendors on-location to facilitate smooth pre/post event operations and logistics
  • coordinate and execute pre-and-post event shipping of production assets to/from event venues
  • coordinate and maintain "road box" containing production supplies supporting needs of on-site event activations
  • travel to/from various event locations to plan and execute client facing programming
  • track key event elements and provide post-event analysis/details to the sales team to share with sponsors and partners
  • conduct and report on regular study and market review of event trends and leading vendors
  • conduct consistent venue research for event locations throughout the year and maintain a database of preferred vendors
  • participate in brainstorming and ideation supporting live event activations for partners and guests
