As we grow our impact across schools, camps, festivals, and creative spaces, we're seeking a detail-oriented, calendar-savvy Event Coordinator to lead the charge on all logistics behind our workshops, retreats, assemblies, and pop-ups. This is a highly collaborative, cross-functional role for someone who thrives on juggling timelines, communicating with diverse teams, and ensuring every event runs like clockwork. You'll act as the organizational glue between departments—managing dates, drafting detailed advances, and dispatching crews to deliver unforgettable musical experiences.
