Job Description

At Main Event Entertainment, our Event Coordinators help Guests plan memorable birthday and event experiences by creating a vision of FUN. They partner with Guests to deliver tailored and safe experiences while upholding cleanliness standards. The role involves engaging with Guests, understanding event packages, coordinating events, and exceeding sales targets. Event Coordinators input sales data and collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve business goals. Key responsibilities also include prospecting, cold calling, and supporting marketing initiatives to drive sales.
