Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years related work experience
- Proficiency in email, word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and conferencing software
- Experience with relational databases and CRM systems
- Knowledge or interest in HTML coding
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and exercise discretion
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Availability for occasional evenings and weekends
- Commitment to professional ethics and data security
- Adherence to University and departmental policies
Job Qualifications

- Adobe Suite and Google Suite experience highly desired

Job Duties
- Assist with logistical preparations for University programs including Alumni Weekend and other events
- Serve as primary front-line contact for alumni inquiries about Alumni Weekend and other programs
- Research, identify, and manage vendor relationships including negotiation and contract facilitation
- Support volunteer efforts by preparing information, updating engagement records and managing CRM data
- Design and build email communications, event registrations, and landing pages using MCAE platform
- Manage and update web-related content via CMS including class pages and alumni travel pages
- Collaborate with communications team on web design and ensure accessibility compliance
- Train students and assist in managing assignments
- Provide troubleshooting and technical support for alumni relations platforms
