Job Description

Liberty Military Housing is one of the largest providers of military family housing in the United States. Partnering closely with the US military, Liberty Military Housing is dedicated to offering safe, high-quality homes and outstanding services to the families of the brave men and women who serve the country. The company prides itself on fostering a supportive community for military families and maintaining a strong commitment to excellence, safety, and service. Liberty Military Housing operates as a trusted partner, ensuring military families have a comfortable, welcoming place to call home while supporting their wellbeing and engagement through various programs and community events.

As a Liberty Military Housing Events Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and hosting events and programs designed to build meaningful connections within the military community. This position focuses on creating rewarding experiences that foster family bonding and thriving neighborhood camaraderie. The Events Coordinator is tasked with managing the entire event lifecycle, from initial concept through detailed planning, coordination, and on-site execution. This role requires a highly organized, proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the flexibility to travel to different regional locations as needed. The Events Coordinator must be capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of event quality that aligns with Liberty Military Housing's customer satisfaction mandates.

The company offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $19.00 to $22.50 and a comprehensive benefits package aimed at supporting employees' career growth, health, and wellness. Benefits include platinum-level medical, dental, and vision coverage with affordable premiums, 401(k) retirement plan with company match, and an employee stock ownership plan, enabling team members to invest in the company's success. Additional benefits like education reimbursement of up to $5,250 per year, generous paid time off including vacation, sick days, and paid holidays, as well as wellness programs such as free gym access and incentive bonuses, create a well-rounded employment experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all event planning phases—research, design, logistics, vendor management, marketing, and financial oversight—to successfully deliver high-impact events for military families. Your ability to collaborate with military organizations, agencies, and business partners will enhance program offerings through sponsorships and community partnerships. Strict adherence to safety regulations, Fair Housing standards, and company policies is essential. This position requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime when necessary. Working for Liberty Military Housing means joining a team that deeply values service, supports your professional development, and offers rewarding career opportunities within a supportive and mission-driven environment.
