Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in a related field
- minimum of one year full-time equivalent experience in event management
- one year supervisory experience
- one year administrative experience including budget preparation and monitoring
- valid motor vehicle operator's license
- satisfactory driving record
- successful background check
- ability to work non-standard hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- subject to alcohol and controlled substances testing
- ability to exercise independent judgment and effective communication skills
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- coordinate client needs with building staff to ensure proper event setup
- ensure smooth operation of events according to set procedures
- organize and manage every aspect of event coordination
- facilitate communication between internal and external customers
- exercise independent judgment and responsible decision making
- prepare and monitor event budgets
- work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and during emergencies
