Job Requirements

- Minimum two years of work-related experience
- Ability to communicate and motivate through excellent written and verbal skills
- Knowledge of donor marketing principles and fundraising cost-effectiveness

- Self-driven, results-oriented, with a focus on quality gift pipeline development

Job Duties
- Identify and engage donors below $10,000 following the Foundations Major Gift Core Process
- Meet or exceed visit metrics of 2 to 6 meetings per week, 8-24 meetings per month, and 80-240 meetings per year
- Participate in planning and executing introductory events for prospective donors
- Coordinate beneficiary and board processes for maximum engagement of hospital leadership and stakeholders
- Document all visits and donor interactions in Raisers Edge for reporting and tracking
- Engage in active pipeline development activities such as board member referrals and grateful patient events
- Collaborate with Gen Champions and Annual Fund staff to grow participation rates in funding programs
