Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in event management or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in event production, design, or office administration
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Availability to work on-site in Los Angeles, CA
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Proven experience in event planning, production, or design
  • Demonstrated budgeting and financial oversight skills

  • Prior luxury event experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Plan, design, and execute luxury events from concept through breakdown
  • Develop creative concepts aligned with client vision and brand identity
  • Create production timelines and oversee all logistical details
  • Coordinate and manage vendor relationships including florals, rentals, lighting, and entertainment
  • Oversee installation and on-site execution to ensure seamless delivery
  • Maintain detailed run of show documents and production schedules
  • Develop and manage event budgets with financial precision
  • Track expenses and ensure cost-effective execution without compromising quality
  • Manage timelines, approvals, and deliverables across multiple projects
  • Anticipate challenges and implement strategic solutions proactively
  • Communicate professionally and confidently with high-level clientele
  • Present design ideas, proposals, and creative direction
  • Collaborate closely with internal team members to achieve cohesive results
  • Assist with scheduling, email correspondence, and administrative tasks
  • Maintain organized documentation, vendor databases, and project files
  • Support overall office operations to ensure efficiency and flow
