Job Description
We are a fast-paced, luxury, haute couture-inspired event production and design firm dedicated to creating elevated and immersive experiences for high-end clientele. Our company is deeply committed to refined aesthetics, meticulous detail, and flawless execution, transforming visionary concepts into extraordinary, elegantly curated environments. Our reputation is built on delivering bespoke, high-caliber events that exemplify creativity, precision, and excellence, making us a leader in luxury event production within the vibrant Los Angeles area. We cater to discerning clients who demand nothing but the best, ensuring that each event we produce is not only visually stunning but also seamlessly executed from inception through completion.
The Role: We are excited to offer opportunities for talented individuals to join our growing team in three distinct positions: Event Producer, Event Designer, and Office Assistant. These roles are essential to the conceptualization, planning, and execution of premium events that leave a lasting impression. Each position demands a high level of dedication, creativity, and professionalism, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. This is an on-site role based in Los Angeles, California, ideally suited for those who thrive on challenges and value precision and creativity in their daily work. Candidates will be part of a collaborative team, working closely to ensure that every detail aligns perfectly with the client’s vision and brand identity.
As an Event Producer or Event Designer, you will be responsible for meticulously planning and designing luxury events from the conceptual phase through to the final breakdown. This includes developing creative concepts that reflect client wishes, managing production timelines, coordinating vendor partnerships including florals, rentals, lighting, and entertainment, and supervising on-site installation to guarantee flawless event delivery. You will also be charged with maintaining detailed run of show documents and production schedules to ensure a smooth flow of the event.
For those applying as an Office Assistant, the focus will be on supporting office administration through scheduling, email management, maintaining organized documentation, and facilitating efficient office operations. This role is critical to the overall success of our event execution process by ensuring administrative tasks and communications are handled promptly and with professionalism.
These positions require a high level of organizational skills, financial acumen for managing budgets and tracking expenses, and the ability to anticipate and solve challenges proactively. Successful candidates are expected to communicate confidently with high-level clients, present design ideas and proposals persuasively, and collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve cohesive and elegant event outcomes. Our firm values adaptability, a proactive approach, and a solutions-oriented mindset, especially in our fast-paced, high-expectation environment. Prior experience with luxury events is preferred, as it aligns closely with our commitment to delivering the finest quality and experience.
