Job Description

Power Home Remodeling Group is a dynamic and forward-thinking company known for its commitment to excellence in home remodeling and customer service. As a leader in the industry, Power Home Remodeling Group combines innovative design, high-quality craftsmanship, and an outstanding customer experience to transform homes and lives. The company values a diverse and inclusive workforce and is dedicated to fostering an engaging, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment for its employees. Recognized for its comprehensive benefits and development opportunities, Power Home Remodeling Group is committed to supporting its team members both personally and professionally.

The People Experience Coordinator, Event Design, plays a critical role within the People Experience team at Power Home Remodeling Group. This position is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of large-scale corporate events and immersive employee experiences designed to inspire, engage, and connect employees across the organization. It is an excellent fit for individuals passionate about events, hospitality, and creative production who want to thrive in a fast-paced setting while bringing both organizational expertise and innovative ideas to their role.

In this role, the coordinator will manage multiple projects simultaneously, handling the full lifecycle of event production from initial concept through execution. Responsibilities include creating detailed agendas, run-of-show documents, staffing plans, and employee communications to ensure smooth and impactful events. The role also involves tracking budgets, expenses, and forecasts, as well as building and managing content for internal event websites and apps.

The position offers meaningful exposure to creative strategy and experiential design, requiring the coordinator to contribute ideas for event concepts, themes, and immersive employee experiences. Collaboration is key, as the role requires working closely with Event Leads, Creative Specialists, Brand teams, vendors, venues, and production partners. Domestic and international travel is part of the job for major events, allowing the coordinator to gain valuable experience in diverse event environments.

Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work both creatively and logistically are essential for success in this role. The coordinator will also participate in department meetings, planning calls, and on-site execution, demonstrating flexibility to work around event schedules. Power Home Remodeling Group offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including full medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) retirement savings program with company match, paid vacations, holidays, and parental leave, as well as personal development opportunities.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for professionals eager to build a long-term career in events and people experience, within a supportive and inclusive company that values creativity, collaboration, and employee growth.
