Job Qualifications
- background in hospitality, service, production, or creative fields
- experience building presentations, decks, or visual proposals
- familiarity with design tools or creative software such as Keynote, Google Slides, Canva, Adobe, or Figma
- strong visual, storytelling, or branding instincts
- interest in creative direction, experiential strategy, or brand production
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- positive, professional, and collaborative attitude
Job Duties
- support the planning and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events
- assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously across timelines and teams
- create agendas, run-of-show documents, staffing plans, and employee communications
- track budgets, expenses, and forecasts for assigned projects
- build and manage content within internal event websites and apps
- contribute ideas to event concepts, themes, and experiences
- support creative presentations, proposals, and decks
