Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in an event coordination role
  • Studies in Event Management or related discipline
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Excellent time management
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Strong guest service focus
  • Restaurant training, service and events
  • Experience using Res Pak, Tripleseat, Seven Rooms highly regarded but not essential

  • Minimum 2 years experience in an event coordination role
  • In depth knowledge and understanding of events processes and execution requirements
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Excellent time management abilities
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail with multitasking capability
  • Strong guest service focus
  • Restaurant training in service and events
  • Studies in Event Management or related discipline

Job Duties

  • Plan and manage events
  • Respond to enquiries and follow through
  • Manage enquiry list
  • Liaise with clients
  • Provide end-to-end service delivery of all booked functions and events
  • Update event systems with confirmed data and details
  • Set up accounts in venue and track and process payments
  • Book external suppliers as needed
  • Manage confirmations
  • Complete event orders and ensure menus are printed or finalised
  • Communicate all relevant information with the operations team
  • Assist management for the functions and events
