Job Requirements

  • previous experience in event planning or coordination

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • plan and execute a variety of events from conception to completion, including corporate meetings, weddings, and social gatherings
  • collaborate with clients to analyze their needs and objectives, providing thoughtful recommendations and solutions
  • select venues, coordinate with vendors, and manage logistics to ensure successful event execution
  • create and manage budgets, ensuring that all expenses are tracked and kept within designated limits
