Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, or related field preferred
- minimum of 2 years experience in event planning or coordination
- exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail
- strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and vendors
- proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

Job Duties
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning including logistics, schedules, and budgets
- provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the planning process
- conduct site visits and coordinate with venues and vendors to ensure all requirements are met
- develop and manage event timelines, ensuring all deadlines are adhered to
- create and manage digital and printed materials, including invitations, programs, and signage
- assist in the marketing and promotion of events through various channels
