Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Must adhere to company uniform and personal appearance standards
- Must comply with safety and security policies
- Must have professional communication skills
- Must be able to work full time
- Located in Seattle or willing to commute
- No remote work for this position
Job Qualifications

- At least 1 year of related work experience in food and beverage or banquet services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret banquet event orders
- Commitment to guest service excellence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge of safety and security procedures
Job Duties
- Meet group coordinator or host(ess) prior to functions to make introductions and confirm arrangements
- Read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and determine setup and timeline
- Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements and ensure compliance
- Follow all company safety and security policies and report unsafe conditions
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards and anticipate service needs
- Speak clearly and professionally and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
- Develop and maintain positive team relationships to support common goals
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects up to 25 pounds
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
