Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years banquet server experience
- Food safety certification
- Alcohol beverage certification
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Good organizational and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Previous fine dining and banquet experience
- Minimum 2 years of banquet server experience
- Proven track record in assisting banquet functions and special events
- Knowledge of banquet wine service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Coordinate and supervise catered events based on client specifications
- Work with Food and Beverage Manager and other staff to coordinate personnel requirements
- Supervise and direct banquet staff during events
- Communicate service expectations and goals to staff
- Assist in creating employee incentives and morale programs
- Develop and execute short and long-term department goals
- Coordinate food service between kitchen and banquet staff
