Job Requirements

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Completed background check
  • Must be geographically mobile
  • Strong communication skills
  • Hospitality degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Previous hotel experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient in general computer knowledge
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • A 4 year hospitality degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 18 months of previous hotel experience preferred
  • Geographically mobile

Job Duties

  • Coordinate banquet food and beverage services for events
  • Plan event menus and prepare agendas
  • Review contracts and assist in negotiating terms with clients
  • Facilitate communication with hotel staff before, during, and after events
  • Assist with hosting site inspections
  • Participate in and lead event and staff meetings
  • Manage special VIP requests and hospitality amenities
