The Water Grill is now seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join their team as Crew Members supporting the Private Event Manager and Sales Manager. This role is crucial in ensuring that large parties, events, and special occasions hosted at the restaurant are flawlessly planned, set up, and executed in accordance with the restaurant's high standards and guest expectations. With hourly compensation ranging from $16 to $24, this position offers a unique blend of opportunity and challenge within a vibrant team-oriented setting.

Crew Members must be adaptable, working both day and evening shifts across weekdays and weekends, maintaining a commitment to at least 7 shifts per two-week period, with an average of 12 shifts over four weeks. Responsibilities include overseeing team members during events, managing inquiries, coordinating event logistics such as menus, pricing, audiovisual requirements, room layouts, and billing, along with contributing to the restaurant’s marketing efforts. The role demands excellent organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
