The Event Coordinator position is a pivotal role designed for individuals passionate about event management and coordination. This role offers a 12-plus month engagement with a competitive pay rate of $24 per hour on a W2 basis. The work schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, though occasional weekends will be required to support live events. Additionally, this role involves up to 35% domestic travel across North America to manage and oversee corporate event executions. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and managing multiple corporate events, contract negotiations with hotels and event venues, and ensuring seamless event operations.
