With a fun and energetic atmosphere, Dave & Buster's appeals to a broad demographic, offering an innovative blend of entertainment, food, and social interaction that sets it apart from traditional dining establishments.

As an Event Coordinator at Dave & Buster's, you will play a pivotal role in designing and executing memorable event experiences tailored to guests’ needs. Your expertise will be essential in managing a diverse array of events, including birthday parties, corporate functions, team-building sessions, and other social gatherings, ensuring each occasion meets both guest expectations and company standards.

In this role, you will be the primary liaison between clients and the internal teams, fostering strong relationships and ensuring smooth coordination across departments such as food and beverage, gaming, and operations. Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing event themes, creating detailed proposals, managing contracts and timelines, and overseeing budgets to deliver cost-effective and successful events. Moreover, you will handle the logistical aspects, from setup to teardown, ensuring every event space is properly arranged with all required resources.

Working as an Event Coordinator at Dave & Buster's means thriving in a lively atmosphere where flexibility and adaptability are key. The role may require evening, weekend, or holiday hours depending on event schedules and demands physical stamina as you will walk, stand, reach, and occasionally lift items throughout your shift. Additionally, you will be expected to uphold a positive and professional demeanor, representing the company with integrity and enthusiasm. Collaboration and supporting your team members is equally important to foster a productive work environment.
