Currently, Apex Windows and Bath Accessories is seeking a highly motivated Event Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Tucson, Arizona. This role is critical to the continued growth and success of the company, particularly in expanding its presence at relevant trade shows, events, and community functions. The Event Coordinator will play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and executing marketing events that showcase the company’s products while creating meaningful engagement with potential customers.

The position involves diverse responsibilities such as researching suitable events and shows within an assigned territory, negotiating contracts with event vendors, and booking an annual calendar of appearances. The coordinator will recruit, hire, and train event demonstrators, ensuring that they represent Apex with professionalism and enthusiasm. Managing the logistics of booth and display set-up and tear down is also a key part of the job, alongside scheduling demonstrators and setting appointments for free in-home consultations garnered from event interactions.

The role demands someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive and outgoing personality, and a well-honed ability to plan and organize multiple tasks simultaneously. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 30 pounds. Weekend availability is required to accommodate event schedules.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in event coordination or marketing preferred

Job Duties

  • Research and find events and shows within our assigned territory
