The company prides itself on being an inclusive and dynamic workplace that values teamwork, excellent customer service, and maintaining high safety and sanitation standards to ensure every guest enjoys their visit to the fullest. Main Event operates multiple locations nationwide, catering to families and groups seeking engaging and entertaining environments for their celebrations and leisure activities.

The Event Coordinator role at Main Event Entertainment is a vital position responsible for working closely with guests to plan and execute tailored birthday and event experiences that align with guest expectations and create lasting memories. This full-time position offers compensation ranging from $16.25 to $17.75 per hour, suitable for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. As an Event Coordinator, you will uphold cleanliness and safety standards, welcome and engage with guests with enthusiasm, and have a comprehensive understanding of the event packages and add-ons available.

This position emphasizes sales coordination, as Event Coordinators will be responsible for selling, scheduling, and coordinating various events including corporate meetings, group functions, and birthday parties. Utilizing software systems such as Excel, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools, you will input sales revenue and guest information while creating follow-up tasks essential to driving business success. Collaboration is key, as you will partner with the Sales Manager to exceed sales targets and quarterly plans, actively prospect and cold call to sustain and grow client relationships, and support local marketing initiatives to increase walk-in and event sales.

The role also demands active participation in weekly sales meetings where you will contribute strategic ideas that support overall business goals. Event Coordinators must be flexible to perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties as required by the store schedule. The position is designed for individuals who are guest-focused, team-oriented, and adept at relationship building. Strong communication skills and availability to work varied shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, are essential. Main Event Entertainment fosters a culture that rewards enthusiasm, promotes professional growth, and encourages internal advancement, making it an excellent opportunity for those seeking to build a career in event planning and entertainment hospitality.

Overall, this role offers more than just a job; it invites you to be part of a vibrant corporate culture where fun and exceptional guest experiences take center stage. Main Event supports its team members through a variety of perks and benefits, including tuition reimbursement, employee discounts, rewards programs, and financial assistance through their Family Fund.
