The Events Coordinator role at Life Time plays a crucial part in the seamless execution of adult sports programming and special events within the club. This position involves providing logistical and tactical support to both the Events and Corporate Communications teams, ensuring events align with Life Time's mission of delivering outstanding experiences to its members. The coordinator is responsible for managing the details that make events successful, from collaborating with internal departments and external vendors to engaging directly with members to promote programs. The role supports a range of adult sports including squash, racquetball, pickleball, and UHoops basketball leagues, ensuring programming is robust and engaging. By facilitating outstanding event logistics and member engagement, the Events Coordinator helps to drive member retention and fosters a vibrant community atmosphere.
This position requires excellent organizational skills, a high attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. The coordinator will manage event documentation, reporting, and marketing campaign support to ensure measurable outcomes are achieved. Candidates should be comfortable working with Microsoft Office software, possess CPR and AED certification, and demonstrate the ability to travel as needed. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, extensive knowledge of club activities, and strong customer service skills. The ideal candidate is proactive, personable, and committed to building strong relationships with members to enhance participation and satisfaction.

- Coordinates Life Time in-center event logistics by collaborating with internal audiences and coordinating external vendors
- Delivers desired event results by providing documentation and reporting specific event measurables
- Provides project management support for club event marketing campaigns
- Engages with members and non-members to promote club events and adult programs
