Job Duties
- Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
- welcoming and engaging with all guests as an ambassador of fun
- understanding event packages and available add-ons
- selling, scheduling, and coordinating corporate, group, and birthday events
- utilizing systems to input sales revenue and guest information
- partnering with the Sales Manager to exceed sales targets and achieve quarterly plans
- prospecting and cold calling to develop new and repeat business
- supporting local store marketing initiatives to drive walk-in and event sales
- attending weekly sales meetings and sharing strategic ideas
- performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties
