The role of Event Creator at Thierry Isambert Culinary and Event Design serves as a crucial backbone to the Sales department. Event Creators are responsible for managing various facets of event coordination, ensuring smooth execution from the initial proposal stage to the completion of each event. This position requires a strong customer service orientation coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Responsibilities include assisting with proposals, placing or updating rental orders, and validating details to avoid potential issues on event days. Event Creators must maintain detailed schedules, organize client files comprehensively, and prepare accurate invoices for clients. Ensuring the timely reception of payments and submitting vendor invoices to the accounting department are key financial duties within this role. Additionally, Event Creators are expected to actively participate in site visits and meetings with clients, providing expertise and support throughout the planning process.
