Job Requirements

Ability to remain standing for long periods of time
ability to move throughout the store
regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment
willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings

Job Duties

Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
engage with clients of all ages to create a fun and creative environment
demonstrate and instruct craft projects and perform activities like face painting
facilitate and implement party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons
communicate event details with clients and store team members
complete administrative tasks including answering emails and making phone calls
adjust event plans based on client feedback and needs
create backup or emergency plans
ensure client satisfaction and uphold safety and cleanliness standards
assist customers with shopping and provide a fast and friendly checkout experience
promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments
educate customers about the Voice of Customer survey
assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
participate in truck unloading, stocking and planogram processes
perform merchandise recovery and maintenance
support shrink and safety programs
adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
cross-trained in custom framing selling and production
participate in daily store cleanliness activities
