The role of an Event Coordinator at Main Event is fundamental to ensuring guests' events are not only successful but also tailored to their unique desires. As an Event Coordinator, you will partner directly with guests to envision and execute birthday parties, corporate gatherings, and other celebrations, offering expert guidance on event packages and add-ons. This position demands a personable and guest-focused mindset, where you uphold rigorous cleanliness and safety standards, engage with guests as a true ambassador of fun, and collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to meet and exceed sales targets. Additionally, you will utilize company systems to manage booking details, sales revenue, and follow-up tasks, contributing to the overall business goals.

This full-time opportunity offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $10.25 to $15.75, with a dynamic work schedule that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Job Duties

  • Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
  • welcoming and engaging with all guests as an ambassador of fun
  • understanding all aspects of event packages and add-ons
  • selling, scheduling and coordinating corporate, group, and birthday events
  • utilizing systems and programs to input sales revenue, guest information, and create follow-up tasks
  • partnering with the Sales Manager to exceed budgeted sales targets and achieve quarterly sales plans
  • prospecting and cold calling to develop ongoing business relationships
  • supporting local store marketing initiatives to drive walk-in and event sales
  • attending and engaging in weekly sales meetings to share strategic ideas
  • performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties
