Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two years of casino experience preferred
- One year of prior Event Coordinator experience preferred
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain a key gaming license

- Ability to remain calm under pressure and possess positive conflict management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach
- Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook Instagram TikTok Twitter and scheduling tools
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Job Duties
- Assist in planning and executing high-profile casino events including VIP experiences anniversary celebrations promotions and player appreciation nights
- Manage event logistics such as vendor coordination entertainment bookings venue setup and décor
- Ensure seamless event execution by coordinating with internal teams staffing as needed and delivering outstanding guest experience
- Maintain and promote Thunderbird Casino’s brand identity through all events and marketing efforts
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop engaging content for event promotion across digital and traditional marketing channels
- Assist in creating event-related marketing materials including flyers email campaigns digital signage and social media graphics
- Work with the marketing team to strategize event promotion track performance and adjust campaigns as needed
