Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 2-4 years of relevant professional experience
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency with CRM and lead-capture technologies
  • physical stamina for event duties
  • willingness and ability to travel 50% of the time
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in event planning, field marketing, or sales/lead generation roles
  • exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot and lead-capture applications
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • adaptable and flexible with a positive attitude toward travel and changing logistics

Job Duties

  • Manage end-to-end logistics for domestic and international events
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and shipping partners to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of materials
  • Oversee booth setup, teardown, and on-site brand representation
  • Meet or exceed predetermined qualified lead targets at events
  • Engage proactively with attendees to qualify prospects and capture data using CRM tools
  • Execute pre-event outreach campaigns to schedule meetings with high-value targets
  • Travel approximately 50% of the time as the primary on-site company representative
  • Act as the main contact for stakeholders during events
  • Manage travel bookings and expense reports with detailed accuracy
  • Conduct post-event analysis to evaluate ROI based on lead quality and cost-per-lead
  • Ensure timely upload and handoff of leads to the sales team within 48 hours of event closure
