Job Duties
- Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
- welcoming and engaging with all guests
- understanding event packages and add-ons
- selling, scheduling, and coordinating corporate, group, and birthday events
- utilizing systems to input sales revenue and guest information
- partnering with Sales Manager to exceed sales targets
- prospecting and cold calling to develop relationships
- supporting local store marketing initiatives
- attending weekly sales meetings
- performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties
