On a daily basis, Event Coordinators at Main Event actively engage with guests, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere to ensure guests feel welcome and excited about their experience. You will be responsible for understanding all aspects of the company’s event packages and available add-ons to effectively sell and schedule events that meet both guest expectations and business goals. Working collaboratively with the Sales Manager, you will aim to exceed budgeted sales targets, drive corporate and group event revenue, and contribute to the overall success of the center.
In addition to sales and event management duties, this role requires using various software platforms, including CRM and Microsoft Office tools, to manage sales data, guest follow-ups, and event logistics. The position also involves supporting local marketing initiatives to increase walk-in traffic and event bookings. Attendance at weekly sales meetings is crucial for sharing ideas and strategies that strengthen the team’s performance and enhance guest satisfaction.

Job Duties

- Understanding all aspects of event packages and add-ons
- Selling, scheduling and coordinating corporate, group, and birthday events
- Utilizing systems and programs to input sales revenue, guest information, and create follow-up tasks
- Partnering with the Sales Manager to exceed budgeted birthday, group and event sales targets
- Prospecting and cold calling to develop ongoing relationships for new and repeat business
- Supporting local store marketing initiatives to drive walk-in and event sales
- Attending and engaging in weekly sales meetings
- Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties
