Job Duties
- uphold cleanliness and safety standards
- welcome and engage with all guests as an ambassador of fun
- understand all aspects of event packages and add-ons
- sell, schedule and coordinate corporate, group, and birthday events
- utilize systems to input sales revenue, guest information and create follow-up tasks
- partner with sales manager to exceed budgeted sales targets and achieve quarterly sales plans
- prospect and cold call to develop new and repeat business
- support local store marketing initiatives to drive walk-in and event sales
- attend and engage in weekly sales meetings
- perform opening, mid-day or closing duties
