Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute a variety of events including birthday celebrations, corporate gatherings, team-building activities and social events
- Serve as the primary point of contact for event inquiries and client communication
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as food and beverage, gaming, and operations to coordinate event logistics
- Develop detailed event proposals, contracts, and timelines while managing budgets
- Oversee event setup and teardown ensuring the event space is configured properly
- Proactively address any issues or challenges during events to maintain a positive guest experience
- Maintain meticulous records of event details, guest interactions, and financial transactions
- Stay informed about company offerings, promotions, and event packages to communicate options
- Actively seek opportunities to enhance the event experience and identify potential repeat business
- Uphold a positive and professional demeanor
- Assist team members and contribute to a supportive work environment
